My Background

I was born and raised in Toronto and from a young age, I was interested in how the mind and body worked. To feed this curiosity, I went to the University of Toronto and obtained a Honours Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Human Biology and Psychology. Medicine had always appealed to me but I knew that the current healthcare system and the conventional route of becoming a MD didn’t align with my true passions. I wanted more than band-aid solutions to illnesses and wanted to get to the root of why someone wasn’t well. When my own personal health challenges were healed with the guidance of Naturopathic Medicine, I knew I had to be apart of this world to help and educate others on their wellness journeys. I went on to obtain my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I practice in the West-end of downtown Toronto with a special interest in women’s health, digestive concerns and skin health.

Outside of my private practice, you can usually find me spending time with my family or heading to a workout at my local gym. I also am a self-proclaimed natural skincare junkie- trying out the latest products to compliment my glow.
