Hey I’m Steffe.
Like many of you here, I too, am not shy to horrible periods and crappy hormonal symptoms each month. My journey with my hormones began well before I was professionally trained as a Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine. I too had my own hormonal struggles as I used to have really painful period cramps and PMS symptoms since I was 13 that went on every month for well over 10yrs.I had to pop painkillers every 4 hours when I started my flow or I would throw up from my cramps. It all changed in 2014 when I was diagnosed with a fibroid at a young age and decided I was going to get to the bottom of it. Thankfully I was starting naturopathic medical school around this time and began to learn the root causes of all my hormonal symptoms.
When I started using natural therapies and lifestyle changes to help me, I was able to get pain free periods in 3 months without using a single pharmaceutical. Period pain for over a decade,gone in months. And has been for 8 yrs now. My fibroid also hasn’t grown and new ones haven’t come up. With my professional training in naturopathic medicine along with my personal trial and error, I built a hormone healing framework that has now helped over a 1000 patients get the hormones they want- drama free and feeling in control.
My mission is simple: I want to help women learn more about their bodies so that they can feel confident about their health and feel in control of their hormones and cycles.I’m here to tell you that your symptoms are real, we aren’t little men and sometimes the conventional western medical system doesn’t give us the whole picture.
